because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without
causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection
rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate
interests are:
o Our legitimate interest for collecting or using personal
information is that we can contact stall holders in the event of
an emergency cancellation of an event.

updates or marketing purposes are:

withdraw your consent at any time.

because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without

information is that we can make stall holders aware of
upcoming events

o We need to store copies of stall holders Liability Insurance in
the event of a claim or issue.
