Flower preservation
All our prices are excluding postage costs. If you are local to us we will organise delivery or collection. If you are not, then we will discuss your preferred method of postage and charge any associated postage costs.
We hold public liability insurance, full details can be provided upon request.
Refunds Policy: We hope you will love your purchase, however if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the product at your own expense and get a full refund of the amount you paid for the item, or exchange the product for another one at the same price. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. We do NOT refund postage costs, this includes the cost to post the item to you and for you to return it. Please contact us to discuss any returns.
